41 - Sweep the Sheds

<p>What do the veteran players on the New Zealand All Blacks do when they win the world cup? The answer might surprise you. &nbsp;They clean out the locker room for the younger players on the team, they call it, sweeping the sheds. &nbsp;I learned this lesson a few years ago from a mentor of mine named Brian Holman the former coach of the University of Utah Men's Lacross team. &nbsp;It is a lesson that still resonates with me.
