Today we go through the ‘Yes … Actually No’ period of my life where I got super excited about finding out that I had anxiety. Finally I had the answer to what was causing me to feel so average for so long but this excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I tried medication after medication and nothing seemed to fix it. We finish the podcast with one of my favourite activities - humming.
