<p>The sensibility is the best part that does wonders to your candidature.</p> <p>Note &nbsp;that any candidate can meet 60% of the job description that gets advertised.No two candidates are same, but none exceeds 60% mark.</p> <p>This is because, the profile anticipates 40% of the responsibilities which are not yet foreseen. which means the capability you bring to the table may not be what is asked, but something different which will be required in a job. &nbsp;That is called sensibility. &nbsp;Or Resourcefulness.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is the aspect of your entire experience in a career which can be given different hues and colors to make you the best candidate.
