Beryl Island Letters

Bella, a young lawyer, has been hired by a firm in Wilmington, NC. Not her first choice, she is nevertheless consoled by the fact that her grandmother has left her a rather dilapidated beach house on Beryl Island. Moving onto the island, she is met by an old boyfriend from her childhood, Robert Malone, who had broken her heart at sixteen.
