No small teams FIFA 2022

Why there are no small teams in the 2022 FIFA world cup being held in Qatar. according to the current FIFA president Granni Infatino in a remark stating " there are no small teams". This is most likely true due to stated facts and recent performance of various country football club in the quest to claim the title and the price.
