Hey there! My name is Avery, and I am the host of Lessons & Letters. I am a firm believer that vulnerability is a gift, and we should talk about the hard things more often. I side with positivity and believe that this world can benefit from any added optimism- big or small. And, my favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption because, “get busy living or get busy dying” is a real thing and it is never too late to hop on the personal growth train.
