Global Mental Health Outreach

In our podcast, we would invite a variety of guests suffering from different mental illnesses to share their journey. From rock bottom to recovery, our guest speakers would share their honest experiences, in hopes of educating the public on different mental health phenomenons, thus removing the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. Through this podcast series, you will understand how different mental illnesses manifest in people, the range of symptoms these disorders may bring, and how to find hope in recovery. We would also invite professors or psychiatrist to talk about certain mental health or social issues, so that we could learn about them from a professional standpoint.
