Firestorm

Fires plague California, but now they seem to be turning the Golden State black. Jack Wilson watches fires char the hillsides around him in Santee, California until one approaches his home. He's forced to load up his family and seek refuge in Palm Springs when he discovers that the inferno was only a short distance away in a fifty-mile-per-hour wind.
