Techie by day, Soul Singer by night, Coffee is a British Nigerian Soul singer, songwriter who appeared on ITV Starstruck as Marvin Gaye, the Voice UK and Coca Cola's 'Open to Better' ad campaign. Influenced by the likes of Marvin Gaye, Luther Vandross, Teddy Pendergrass, D’Angelo & Ceelo Green, music was always a part of his childhood years, as he fondly remembers Dad playing everything from Soul to Classical. Once part of a popular boy band he relocated to the UK to broaden his career in data, but has since re-discovered his musical passions busking to incredible crowd responses all over London. One fan saying 'your sublime moving sound was the single best thing of NYE'. He has remained true to his roots though, crafting sounds reminiscent of the soul and Motown greats. More recently, his unique blend of soulful vocals to classic rock instrumentation has attracted quite a following locally and internationally! His song ‘Why I Love You’ is the soundtrack to hit pan-African series ‘Married to the Game’. Another original 'Stuck on You' also made a showing at Cannes Film Festival.
