Cage Side Convos is a podcast centered around the practical application of philosophy in daily life. The hosts Mykel Quince Myrick of Holdown Upstate and Rick Huntsman of Day One compare their own personal philosophies developed from lives of poetry, hip hop, addiction, martial arts, and much more. Most of the episodes of Cage Side Convos were recorded sitting in a practice cage in American Top Team Watertown, a martial arts gym in Northern NY.
