A.N.G.E.R.: Anger Nullification Group Effort Recovery
A.B II
Description
By adopting most of the recovery and organizational principles of Alcoholics Anonymous, this book is provided as a way out for those who have a great desire to get help with rage issues in their life. This book is a public domain document to be used to provide assistance and guidance to those persons who find they are addicted to rage and desperately want help. In order to respect the Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous, the author must remain anonymous. This book is very Spiritual in nature. Not only will it discuss a Spiritual Recovery Program, but it will outline a Spiritual Democracy and a Spiritual Corporate Administration designed to serve a national support group run by the persons recovering from rage and excessive anger issues. To quote one of the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous, Dr. Robert Smith, M.D., “If you think you are strong enough to beat the game alone that is your affair. But if you truly want to quit for good and sincerely feel that you must have some help, we know that we have an answer for you… I spend a great deal of time passing on what I learned to others who want and need it badly. I do it for four reasons: 1. Sense of duty, 2. It is a pleasure, 3. Because in so doing I am paying my debt to the man who took the time to pass it on to me. 4. Because every time I do it I take out a little more insurance for myself against a possible slip. Please note that this book or this recovery program is not for everyone. There are many paths to recovery and/or a Spiritual Awakening and there are many books and programs to show you the way. But if what is presented here between these covers can pick up one suffering Starfish off the hot beach and throw it back into the sea of thriving life, then this book has accomplished its purpose.Read more
